If a part that we manufacture fails due to a defect in the manufacturing process will replace it, or give you a 100% refund on said part, upon receipt of the part in question.

This guarantee is valid for 5 (five) years from the purchase date. Excluding any Cloth flags on the flag holders. The cloth flag will have a 2 (two) year warranty from purchase date. There is no warranty on Plastic Flags.
